Warranty Information
Fold-A-Cart® Limited Warranty
What the warranty
covers:
Fold-A-Tools® Management Inc. warrants its products to be free from defects in material
and workmanship during the warranty period. If a product proves to be defective
in material or workmanship during the warranty period, Fold-A-Tools® Management
Inc will, at its sole option, repair or replace the product with a similar product.
Any replacement unit(s) will be covered by the balance of the time remaining on
the customer's original limited warranty.
Length
of warranty:
The Fold-A-Cart® (TFC-150) multi-purpose cart is warranted for one (1) year from
the date of purchase for all hardware and tub material, excluding wheel tube(s)
that have been punctured due to penetration of foreign objects causing a flat. The
Fold-A-Cart® Home & Garden (FHG-200), the Fold-A-Cart® Professional (PRO-400)
and the Fold-A-Cart® Contractor Grade (FHG-400) multi-purpose carts are warranted
for:
- One (1) year from the date of purchase for all metal
and plastic parts, excluding wheel tube(s) that have been punctured due to penetration
of foreign objects causing a flat.
- Ten (10) years from the date of purchase for the FLEXTRON™
tub.
Who the warranty
protects:
This warranty is valid only for the first consumer purchaser.
What the
warranty does not cover:
Damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from:
- Accident, misuse, neglect, fire, product modification
or failure to follow instructions supplied with the product(s).
- Repair or attempted repair by anyone not authorized
by Fold-A-Tools® Management Inc.
- Damage to, or abuse of, the FLEXTRON™ tub resulting
from cleaning with chemicals that are corrosive in nature.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Flat tires caused by penetration of foreign objects.
- Any damages caused by the loading more weight than
the model of cart is designated by the manufacturer.
How to get service:
For information on obtaining warranty service or replacement parts
call Fold-A-Tools® Management Inc. at 1-866-977-FOLD (3653) for a customer service
number (CSN), or return material authorization number (RMA). To obtain warranty
service, you may be required to provide a copy of the dated sales slip (receipt)
your name your shipping address the place of purchase a description of the problem
Fold-A-Tools® Management Inc. is not responsible for any returned product without
an assigned return material authorization number (RMA) or customer service number
(CSN).
Limitation
of implied warranties:
THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION
CONTAINED HEREIN INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR
A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Exclusion
of damages:
FOLD-A-TOOLS® MANAGEMENT INC.'S LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE COST OF REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT
OF THE PRODUCT. FOLD-A-TOOLS® MANAGEMENT INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: DAMAGE TO
OTHER PROPERTY CAUSED BY ANY DEFECTS IN THE PRODUCT, DAMAGES BASED ON INCONVENIENCE,
LOSS OF USE OF THE PRODUCT, LOSS OF TIME, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY,
LOSS OF GOODWILL, INTERFERENCE WITH BUSINESS RELATIONSHIPS, OR OTHER COMMERCIAL
LOSS EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. ANY OTHER DAMAGES, WHETHER
INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR OTHERWISE. ANY CLAIM AGAINST THE CUSTOMER BY ANY OTHER
THIRD PARTY.
